Parameters

initBoolean	8 bit boolean value
initInteger	Signed 64 bit Integer
initDecimal	64 bit double floating point value
initAString	Any 8 bit null terminating string.
initWString	Any 16 bit null terminating string.
initTVariable	The value of the TVariable will be copied into the new TVariable
initBString	Void pointer to a binary string.
bString_l	the length in bytes of the binary string.
