Detailed Real World Model

The Texas Business software uses a highly rationalized real world model and gives users a very user friendly tab design interface where invalid information is hidden from users, making it easer for uses to find there way around the system and ends the expectation that users are familiar with accounting models.

The Identifies tab (as seen below) is the starting point for system entities, where users can select the basic type of the entity – a person, business, government, organization or another Texas server.

From the first tab we have the communication tab (as seen below), were all the contact information is kept. Notice here how the Texas business software does not limit the amount of address, phone number of emails for any one, or set the text size of any field, and gives users a convenient formatting dialog so information remains similar between all users.
