The Texas Business Software allows users to keep track of all their activities, tasks and to-do items all through two user friendly interfaces. First is the user's diary shows in a graphical format what users are expecting to do in the near future and what tasks they have completed. This also allows users to provide reminder notes that special events, related anniversaries and public holidays are soon to occur.

As well as the graphic format, the to-do list represents all the up come task and events in a text format, that put the most urgent tasks up top. This allows for task to be allocated to an entity, or group and give the users the ability to decide when to start the next task.
